The new service, introduced through the Scientific and Guidance Affairs Agency, includes the deployment of 30 direct phone guidance points throughout the mosque. These stations offer on-the-spot support to visitors and pilgrims, ensuring that they receive timely and accurate religious guidance aligned with authentic Islamic teachings.
Presidency’s inquiries department
The presidency’s inquiries department plays a key role in handling pilgrims’ questions regarding Umrah and visitation rituals, with the aim of fostering intellectual security, moral clarity, and a deepened understanding of Islam. Through these efforts, the presidency seeks to promote the core values of tolerance, moderation, and peaceful coexistence.
According to officials, these services not only assist individual pilgrims but also contribute to the global dissemination of the Prophet’s Mosque’s message, one rooted in spiritual enlightenment and civilisational values. The initiative supports the strategic goals of the Two Holy Mosques, enhancing the overall pilgrimage experience while extending its positive influence worldwide.
