Emaar Properties and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) have launched Terra Gardens, the second phase of their Expo Living masterplan at Expo City Dubai, following the successful debut of Terra Heights earlier this year.
The announcement marks another milestone in the joint venture’s plan to transform Expo City Dubai into a vibrant, sustainable lifestyle destination.
The full Expo Living masterplan will feature five residential communities with a total of 3,555 units, complemented by Expo Mall, retail and office spaces.
Spanning 451,295 square metres, Expo Living integrates residential, retail, hospitality, and commercial components with public spaces and amenities.

Terra Gardens will comprise 560 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and townhouses designed around sustainable and connected living.
The development features landscaped courtyards, green parks, shaded walkways, fitness zones, padel and volleyball courts, jogging tracks, and outdoor leisure areas. It is located adjacent to Expo Mall, which will serve as a hub for retail, dining, and leisure, offering residents a live-work-play experience.
