Aviation consultant Andrew Charlton said it appeared from footage of the crash that the plane was “struggling to get lift” as it took off. Videos from the scene showed the plane slowly descending soon after take-off, before crashing.“There is no evidence of a major explosion during the short flight but it is much too early to say why it crashed.
