The long-term SPA, which converts a previous heads of agreement into a definitive agreement, strengthens ADNOC’s energy ties with India and reinforces its role as a reliable global LNG supplier. The platform, managed by RTA’s Licensing Agency, serves about 250,000 trainees annually, delivering more than six million hours of training. It operates across 27 institutes, supported by over 3,400 instructors and more than 3,000 training vehicles.
