The issuance was 2.8 times oversubscribed, attracting $830m in orders, with regional and international investors representing 52 per cent and 48 per cent of allocations respectively. The emirate drew 478 more projects than the second-placed city, the highest half-year figure recorded by any city worldwide since the data series began in 2003.
